1. Booking and Confirmation
*Reservation:-Tours must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or authorized    agents.
*Confirmation:-A booking confirmation will be sent via email/Whats app once payment is   received.

2. *Payment*
*Methods:-We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
*Full Payment:-Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. *Cancellation and Refunds*
  *More than 30 days before the tour:* Full refund.
  *15-30 days before the tour:* 50% refund.
  *Less than 15 days before the tour:* No refund.
*Tour Operator Cancellation:* In case of cancellation by us, we will provide alternative date/tour case to case basis.
*Force Majeure:* No refunds will be given for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

4. *Changes to Bookings*
*Guest-Initiated Changes: -Changes requested by the Guest may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
  We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to operational reasons, ensuring the tour quality is maintained.

5. *Health and Safety*
*Health Requirements: -Guests must disclose any medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate.
*Safety Compliance: -Guests are required to follow safety instructions provided by the tour guide/Driver or operator.
*Insurance: -Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, and personal liability.
