Terms & Condition

• Booking Confirmation: A confirmation voucher will be sent only, once payment from the customer is received.

• All passengers must show up at the time specified on their confirmation voucher.
  1. Passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the flight.

• Passenger Identification: Passengers are required to present government-issued or an official identification card at check-in.

• Number of Passengers in a Flight: maximum 5 (five passengers).

• Cancellation Policy:
  1. Client Cancellation
     Over 48 hours in advance - No charges applied
     Less than 48 hours in advance - 50% of booked cost will be charged
     Less than 24 hours in advance - 100% of booked cost will be charged

      

  2. No-shows will be charged in full with no refunds.

• Poor Weather Condition: Last minute changes are required.
  1. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the client. Flights can be re-scheduled as agreed, otherwise, a refund will be issued.

• Maximum Weight Capacity:

   

  1. Passengers are requested to provide accurate weights for your safety.
  2. Our safety weight range is 115 – 140 kilograms per passenger per seat. Within this range, passengers might be required to purchase an additional seat.
  3. Passengers' who exceed 140KG weight limit will not be permitted to fly.
  4. Passengers’ weight will be checked before the flight for safety purposes and seating could be adjusted.

• Children: Only children above 2 years of age are allowed to fly and required to purchase a seat but not permitted to sit on an adult’s lap.

• Pregnancy: Should the client be 7 months pregnant or more, a valid doctors’ certificate must be provided stating that the client is medically fit and able to fly.

• Special Needs: People of determination are accepted for flight with an accompanying trained person qualified to load /unload the person.
• HeliDubai is not responsible and cannot assist in the movements of a people of determination.
  1. HeliDubai has the right to refuse carriage in the absence of the technical capability of the aircraft equipment, or other reasons at the company’s sole discretion.

• Dress Code: Passengers are recommended to dress in comfortable and respectful clothes. Swimwear is not allowed. Due to headphone use, earrings can be worn at the passenger’s sole risk.

• Passenger and Baggage Safety and Security:
  1. Passengers will be subject to security control as per GCAA regulations. Baggage / large bags / purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.
  2. A carry-on bag for medical purposes ay be allowed but limited to personal effects (i.e. essential items only).

• Availability: All flights are subject to Force Majeure, helicopter availability, Air Traffic Control authorization and weather conditions.

• Flight Route and Duration: Are subject to change due to Air Traffic Control regulations or other unexpected factors beyond HeliDubai’s reasonable control.

• Right of Refusal: HeliDubai has the right to refuse any passenger to fly, whose behavior is interfering or has interfered with the safety or comfort of any other passenger or any staff member. Passengers shall discontinue any such behavior immediately upon the request of the HeliDubai staff.

• Photography and Video Shooting: Due to security policies, IPad, selfie sticks, HD camcorders or cameras with photo lens greater than 400mm are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter unless proper written approvals, issued by the Dubai authorities are presented to HeliDubai.
  1. HeliDubai reserves the right to use any photos or videos acquired by any means, for personal promotion on social media and/or other.
  2. Casual tourist photography and video is allowed. Commercial photography is not allowed. The Pilot has the final authority to refuse photography during flight for any reason.

• Photos are not included in the helicopter tour experience, however, they can be purchased at the photo counter.
• Rates are subject to change and may vary during peak season dates.

• Additional Information for Covid-19 safety measures:
  1. Wearing of face masks is optional for all crew and passengers.
