Comprehensive terms and conditions for tour is crucial to ensure a clear understanding between the Guest and the Operator.

1. Booking and Confirmation
Reservation: -Tours must be booked in advance through our website, phone, Email or authorized agents.
Confirmation: -A booking confirmation will be sent via email/What’s app once payment is received.

2. Payment
Methods: -We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
Full Payment: -Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
 More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund.
 15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund.
 Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
 Tour Operator Cancellation:- In case of cancellation by us, we will provide alternative date/tour case to case basis.
 Force Majeure:- No refunds will be given for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

4. Changes to Bookings
Guest-Initiated Changes: -Changes requested by the Guest may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to operational reasons, ensuring the tour quality is maintained.

5. Health and Safety
Health Requirements: -Guests must disclose any medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate.
Safety Compliance: -Guests are required to follow safety instructions provided by the tour guide/Driver or operator.
Insurance: -Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, and personal liability.

6. Liability
Limited Liability: -We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour unless due to our negligence.
Third-Party Services: -We are not liable for services provided by third parties (e.g., transportation, accommodation).

7. Behaviour
Conduct: -Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner as per the local Law and Culture
Non-Compliance: -We reserve the right to remove any Guest from the tour for unacceptable behaviour without refund.

8. Special Requirements
Accessibility: -Please inform us of any special requirements (e.g., dietary needs, mobility issues) at the time of booking.
Children: -Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Age restrictions may apply to certain tours.

 9. Photography and Media
Permission: -By joining the tour, Guests grant us permission to take photographs or videos that may be used for promotional purposes.

Guests are requested to respect local culture and ask for permission before taking picture of any local (Citizen). Please refrain from taking any picture or videos of any Govt/Establishment premises.
Opt-Out: -Guests wishing to opt out must inform the tour guide at the start of the tour.
